Melbourne Renegades batter Mackenzie Harvey has taken one of the catches of the BBL season, and it looks like it will rival Melbourne Star Ben Duckett's grab last week.
During the Renegades' match against the Perth Scorchers at Marvel Stadium on Monday night, Matthew Spoors was at the crease facing veteran bowler Kane Richardson's fast ball.
Spoors struck the ball firmly but Harvey was able to reach out off his left leg to take the magnificent right-hand catch at mid-wicket.
Marvel Stadium erupted as he was swarmed by teammates in celebration.
It left his teammates and Renegades wicketkeeper Laurie Evans in awe of the fielding.
"I was running back to get the ball back and Mack somehow, just pulled it out of thin air. It was amazing," he said on Fox moments after the catch.
"I had such a good view. What a moment of the game."
It was a similar catch to the one taken by Melbourne Stars batter Ben Duckett against the Strikers at the MCG last week.
Duckett also pulled a miraculous one-handed mid-air grab.

It was difficult for Evans to decide whose catch would be crowned the best.
"Duckie's was pretty special. He absolutely nailed it and it's come at him so fast. Mack's is similar in a way," he said.
"They're both pretty good, I can't choose."
That special catch removed Spoors for 29 off 26.

The catch also left the commentators astounded.
"Mack Harvey. We've seen (Ben) Duckett with something special. That's right up there," Mark Howard said.
"He's one of the best fielders in the country. He stuck the claw up. You beauty Mack Harvey."
"That's as good a catch as you'll see. Mack Harvey, that's exactly the catch the crowd came to see," Bard Haddin added.
To make it even more special, it was Richardson's 100th BBL wicket.
