South Sydney has signed former Socceroos coach Graham Arnold as goalkicking coach for the 2025 NRL season.
Arnold and Rabbitohs coach Wayne Bennett have had a relationship for many years and the former national football coach will work with Latrell Mitchell and the back-up goalkickers to improve their technique and accuracy.
"Graham will be doing some work with our goalkickers. He knows what he is talking about," Bennett told AAP.

"He is a good person and a very good coach. All of our goalkickers can improve. Latrell will be our goalkicker this year but the back-up wasn't where it should have been last season.
"Graham will work with the back-up goalkickers as well. He will be taking over our goalkickers."
Bennett and Arnold have long held a mutual respect for one another, with the ex-Socceroos mentor confirming he had spoken to the master coach before stepping away from national duties last year.
Arnold has a long history of assisting NRL players with their kicking and helped former Wests Tigers stars Brett Hodgson and now coach Benji Marshall during their careers.

Mitchell's strike rate from 11 games last year was close to 72 per cent (33 from 46) but was short of the better goalkickers in the league, who kicked the ball through the sticks over 80 per cent of the time.
The news comes as reports claim Cameron Murray could be back for round one after injuring his wrist while on duty for Australia during last year's Pacific Championships.
Murray was expected to miss the opening rounds of the new season but he's reportedly made himself available for selection for their round one home clash against the Dolphins in Queensland.
