Sydney midfielder Chad Warner has purchased a four bedroom home in Western Australia, as his future with the Swans becomes murkier.
Warner is out of contract at the end of the 2025 season, and bought the four bedroom home in the Perth suburb of Applecross with his partner Alice.
It fuels rumours that the WA-born star will move back home come the end of this season, with Warner already spotted spending time with West Coast officials.

According to 9News Melbourne's Tom Morris, the house is situated in the middle of the Eagles and Dockers training grounds.
"It's exactly 17 minutes from both Fremantle HQ & West Coast HQ," Morris said on X.

While it screams that the 23-year-old will likely request a trade come season's end, Morris also confirmed the Swans were aware of the purchase.
"The Sydney Swans are aware of the purchase and OK with it," he said.
The property is now up for rent.
Warner's eagerness to head home came to light after it was revealed he met with Eagles CEO Don Pyke while on holidays in Perth
They played a round of golf alongside former Swan and current Eagles head of strategy Kieren Jack.
"The go-home factor is as real, even more real than the money," Morris added.
New coach Dean Cox admitted at the end of November that Warner's signature is at the "top" of the Swans priority list in 2025.
"Chad is at the top of our priority now. He's an amazing footballer, one I've got a really strong relationship with," Cox said on SEN Radio at the time.

"He's really enjoying his time in Sydney. That's the role of our footy club and myself now, to try and make sure we can get Chad locked away as quickly as possible and create the environment he wants to be a part of going forward."
Warner isn't the first contracted player to make the move to buy property away from where he is playing football, before a trade had been discussed or finalised.
Geelong recruit Bailey Smith purchased his luxury home on the Victorian surf coast in 2024, before the Cats and Bulldogs agreed to a trade for the midfielder.
