Rabbitohs star Jack Wighton faces a one match ban after being charged with a grade two careless high tackle in the 16-14 win over the Dolphins.
Wighton was hit with two charges from the match – a high tackle on Kulikefu Finefeuiaki and high contact on Daniel Saifiti.
However, it was the tackle on Finefeuiaki that will likely see the former Kangaroo miss time.
Wighton will be suspended for one match with an early plea or receive a two-match ban if he unsuccessfully challenges the high tackle charge at the judiciary.
The second charge on Saifiti, which saw Wighton catch the forward with an elbow while carrying the ball, carries a fine of $1000 to $1500.
Players involved in other incidents from Friday night's matches were handed fines.
Dolphins utility Kurt Donoghoe was also charged with grade one dangerous contact for a tackle on Rabbitohs forward Jai Arrow. He faces a fine of $1800 to $2500.
While Knights forward Tyson Frizell was charged with a grade one careless high tackle on Wests Tigers winger Jeral Skelton in the 12th minute of Friday night's 10-8 win at Campbelltown.
