India head coach Gautam Gambhir has called out Sam Konstas, saying he had "no right to be talking to Jasprit Bumrah" as the furore from the first innings continues.
The pair were involved in a heated exchange when Usman Khawaja appeared to be time-wasting late on day one, before Bumrah dismissed Khawaja on the final ball.
Konstas was promptly swarmed after the dismissal, despite being at the non-striker's end, clearly showing the Indian side had grown tired of his antics.
AS IT HAPPENED: Australia vs India fifth Test, day three
Australia coach Andrew McDonald labelled the celebrations "intimidating" on Saturday evening, but Gambhir hit back at him and Konstas after India's series loss.
"It's a tough sport played by tough men. You can't be that soft," he told reporters.

"That's as simple as it can get. I don't think there was anything intimidating about it.
"I think he had no right to be talking to Jasprit Bumrah when Usman Khawaja was taking time. He had no right and no business to be involved with Jasprit Bumrah.
"That was a job for the umpire."
Konstas tormented India during his debut at the MCG, ramping Bumrah several times en route to a maiden half-century at Test level.
His aggression appeared to agitate India, with Virat Kohli fined by the match referee for making contact with him during the game.

Australia fifth Test player ratings: One man's faultless display gifts Pat Cummins the perfect trifecta
Gambhir, who famously elbowed Shane Watson in 2008 while running between wickets, put the onus back on Australia while discussing the Kohli incident.
"I think whatever's happened is history … as I said, it's a tough sport played by tough men and these thing's happen," he said.
"I don't think we need to make a big issue about it. These incidents have not only happened in this series, a lot of Australian players have done that, a lot of Australian players have done that in the past as well.
"So I think we just keep making big issues about these things."
