The overhaul of the Parramatta Eels has continued with another key member of the club calling it quits.
Since Brad Arthur's axing, Jason Ryles has been appointed head coach while Clint Gutherson has left for the Dragons with Mitchell Moses replacing him as captain.
Now the changes have come in head office with chairman Sean McElduff retiring from the board.

McElduff joined the Eels board in 2017 and was made chariman in August 2018.

"Over the past eight years, Sean's leadership has been instrumental in driving the club's transformation, guiding us through a period of financial recovery and stability, and positioning the Eels for long-term success," an Eels press release wrote.
Under McElduff, the Eels played in the 2022 NRL and NRLW grand finals but in his eight years on the board, a premiership has yet to come.
The departing chairman was part of a board that was integral in the completion of the club's centre of excellence which will open in April.
"On behalf of the board, management, staff, players, and the Parramatta Eels community, we thank Sean for his exceptional service, dedication, and passion for the club," the statement continued.
"His leadership has been pivotal in setting the platform for success on and off the field."
The Eels confirmed Matthew Beach will replace McElduff as chairman.
Parramatta's board and management have come under fire recently for the club's roster management and lack of success on the field after finishing 15th last year.
Dylan Brown has player options listed in his contract from 2026 onwards with his manager recently testing the market.
Moses also has options in his favour from 2027.
